Figland | 13th round
Taking my grandfather's fig tree land in 2015, I wanted firstly to market the raw fig and secondly to exploit the whole product (even the one I threw away because it was not visible for sale). So I proceeded to process the product.I tried to combine tradition with new culinary trends, trends that fascinated me in the past during my stay abroad.
While pursuing my idea, I realized I lacked entrepreneurial knowledge and promotional ideas, as well as promotional skills in order to succeed.Having mainly a course of development through studies and study, I thought that the only solution to get what I want would be through an entrepreneurial program.VentureGarden was the solution in the search for ways to exploit my processed product
What does the program mean to me? Something hopeful. New ideas, new people - acquaintances, who help in their own way with the evolution of my idea but also turn it into something different that time will tell what it will be.
