Dot2dot is a cultural company, created in November 2013 in Thessaloniki and is active in the fields of culture, education and tourism, adopting innovative approaches and modern practices. Its members, by utilizing and combining their diverse expertise (archaeologists, historians, guides, special pedagogues, cultural managers), as well as their professional experience in cultural and educational institutions, design and implement alternative thematic routes in the city of Thessaloniki, educational programs and visual workshops. Our aim is to show the many different aspects of a city, like Thessaloniki, to foster communication between citizens and visitors, creative expression through art and to promote city’s creative workforce through the exchange of ideas and the collaboration within a network of cooperation.
As soon as our business was established (dot2dot KIN.SEP), the next step was to see Dot2dot grow. We were in need of training and specialization in the field of entrepreneurship, since we had a background on the field of theoretical sciences. VentureGarden fully covered our needs.
VentureGarden helped us in ours and our member’s first efforts to gain entrepreneurial knowledge and translate theory into practice. Our participation in a network of people aiming to support each other and strengthen the development of the business with the appropriate advice was what really contributed to our further development.
