VentureGarden Patras launches in 2025, under the auspices of the Chamber of Achaia, the TEE West Greece Section, and the Federation of Enterprises & Industries of Peloponnese and Western Greece (SEVPEDE).
Patras is a city where business, academia, and culture meet. From the University of Patras and the Technology Park, to the famous Patras Carnival, the city brings together innovation, tradition, and creativity in a dynamic way. Its business landscape includes family-owned enterprises seeking to evolve, technology and industrial companies developing new products and services, as well as emerging entrepreneurs taking their first steps.
VentureGarden is coming to Patras to support entrepreneurial ideas at every stage of their journey. Whether you're starting with a rough concept or looking to transform an existing business, every participant is welcome to join the program and gain the tools, guidance, and support needed to confidently take the next step.
The program is delivered in collaboration with SOCIACT, a local non-profit and hub for social innovation that works to raise awareness in the fields of sports, health, and education, together with MPDO Consulting S.A. SOCIACT is dedicated to advancing social progress by developing innovative educational methods and practices.

Vasilis Tountopoulos
Vasilis is the founder and CEO of MPDO Consulting S.A., a strategy and entrepreneurship support firm, as well as the founder of KOTINOS TALES, an organisation dedicated to sports and professional tourism. He specialises in innovation management, business restructuring, and growth strategy consulting. He actively mentors in both international and national entrepreneurship support projects and serves pro bono on the Advisory Board of SOCIACT NPO. He also teaches as an Adult Education Instructor at the Lifelong Learning Centres of the University of Patras and the University of the Peloponnese. Previously, he held senior banking positions, including Regional Director of Restructuring and Director of Banking Centres at Piraeus Bank, Bank of Cyprus, and Alpha Bank. He is currently a PhD candidate in business data analysis at the University of the Peloponnese, holds an MBA in Banking from Alba Graduate Business School, and an MSc in Tourism Administration from the Hellenic Open University (HOU). Vasilis is also a proud VentureGardener, having participated in the 9th round of VentureGarden Athens.
